Why cant we connect the UFH system direct to the boiler rather than use the manifold?

Most boilers will need a high output temperature of 80 - 85°c for other heat requirements - such as cylinders, radiators, towel rails, etc. However if a boiler is to be used purposely for an UFH system and the flow temperature can be controlled by the boiler to the correct flow temp, then a direct connection can be made to the manifold, without the need for the control pack.
